From Dull Desks to Boss Vibes: Our New HR Spills the FounderX Tea

 It’s been just 12 days since our new HR joined FounderX, and I couldn’t resist catching up with her to hear how she’s settling in. There’s something special about fresh joiners. They see things the rest of us have grown used to. So I asked her casually, “How’s it going so far?” And her response? A whole mood. She smiled and said, “FounderX feels so active compared to my previous company. That one feels dull now.” I mean, ouch for them, but also, we love to hear it.

She didn’t stop there. She started talking about the vibe here, stating that the energy at FounderX is alive, sharp, and fast-paced. But the part that made me grin? The way she spoke about Mansi. She described her as bold, strong, and carrying that no-nonsense, boss woman attitude. According to her, whenever Mansi walks into the office, the whole environment shifts into high gear. Then she shared something that stayed with her, a single sentence Mansi said during the interview: “I want you to grow.” That line hit her. Deep. Of course, she’s aware that she’s still new. It’s too early to form strong opinions. But the way she talks about FounderX: The curiosity, the optimism, the spark, says more than enough. She also mentioned how her coworkers made her feel instantly comfortable, almost homely. There were no awkward introductions, no outsider energy. Just open arms and real conversations.
